岗位职责
1. 为外籍教练员在青训中心的日常训练、比赛中以及中外教练团队的专业沟通中做口译和笔译工作；
2. 为青训中心和相关单位的培训、会议等各项活动做口译、笔译工作；
3. 对外籍教练员的训练教案、比赛方案进行翻译以及实时的整理、存档；
4. 协助外籍教练员了解和遵守中国的法律法规，包括但不限于中国防疫规定；
5. 协助外籍教练签证、居留许可及其它相关手续的办理和延期；
6. 协助外籍教练员解决在当地生活中出现的问题，比如住宿、交通、医疗等；
7. 协助外籍教练员跟踪足球合作项目计划执行与各相关单位的工作沟通，协助在项目中的对接、协调等工作；
8. 带领翻译团队，为足球合作项目完成正确、专业的翻译工作；
9. 定期口头及书面中国办事处主任汇报项目阶段情况；
10. 完成中国办事处主任及外籍教练员分配的其他任务。
职位要求
⚫大学本科以上学历，足球相关专业、体育管理，英语或德语或其他相关专业；
⚫出色的英语或德语能力，包括书面和口语能力；
⚫至少拥有三年以上的翻译经验，拥有足球翻译经验；
⚫具有足球专业知识，掌握和理解足球专业性术语；
⚫具有项目管理经验；
⚫具备良好的团队协调能力和具有优秀的人际交往能力；
⚫有国际合作工作经验;
⚫有工作热情、忠实、勇于开拓、注重细节、善于学习，具备较强的多任务处理能力；
⚫能熟练运用Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook 等 Office办公软件。

Eintracht Frankfurt Football (Beijing) Co., Ltd. was established by Eintracht Frankfurt Fußball AG as a wholly-owned subsidiary in China. The main business is to carry out various football-related activities in China, including providing support and training for football coaches, co-building international football schools, football culture promotion and other activities, providing professional football development services for the Chinese market. Eintracht Frankfurt has successfully provided a number of services to the Chinese government, sports, educational institutions, colleges, enterprises and youth training organizations.
Main Responsibility
1. Interpretation and translation work for foreign coaches in daily training, competitions and professional communication between Chinese and foreign coaching teams in the Football Academy;
2. Interpretation and translation work for the training courses and conferences of the Football Academy and related units;
3. Translation, sorting, and archiving of training teaching plans and competition plans for foreign coaches;
4. Assist foreign coaches to understand and abide by China’s laws and regulations, including but not limited to China’s anti-epidemic regulations;
5. Assist in the processing and extension of visas, residence permits and other related procedures for foreign coaches;
6. Assist foreign coaches to solve problems in local life, such as accommodation, transportation, medical care, etc.;
7. Assist the foreign coaches to track the implementation of the football cooperation project plan as well as communicate with related units, and assist in the coordination work of the project;
8. Lead the translation team to complete the correct and professional translation work for the football cooperation project;
9. Provide input for updates/status/progress of reports for the Head of China office;
10. Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management.
Position Requirement
⚫Bachelor degree or above, Sports management, Football, English, German or other related majors;
⚫Excellent English or German skills, including written and oral skills;
⚫At least 3 years’ experience in translation and experience in football translation;
⚫Professional football knowledge, master and understand professional football terminology;
⚫Experience of project management;
⚫Excellent coordination skills and strong interpersonal communication;
⚫Experience of international cooperation;
⚫Passion to work, loyal, pioneering, attention to detail, good at learning and strong multitasking skills;
⚫Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
